Planning your communications calendar

All of our health and wellness services communication materials are here in one place. Create a communications plan and calendar (using the templates below) to take advantage of opportunities to reach employees throughout the year.

Step 1: Review your benefit plan

Gather your BlueLinkTPA benefit plan materials so all of your organization’s plan information is at your fingertips. If you have questions, contact your agent or account representative.

Step 2: Create a plan

Use the communications plan and calendar template below to develop a plan for communicating with employees. Be sure to include:

  • All employee communication channels
  • All available programs and features

Step 3: Choose and customize your messages

Using the sample e-mail and newsletter articles we’ve provided in this toolkit, choose the messages that fit with your health plan and goals. Customize the materials with your company name and plan information (where appropriate).
